I had help creating this glitch. I used a video previously shot, opened the .MOV file in adobe media encoder and changed the file's format to Windows Media and the preset to NTSC DV Widescreen. Then encode. We played the new video, then, in an older, downloaded version VLC media player, and created some glitches. Here were my results when I went back and tried it on my own...
