Michael Nespo: Interface Art
I thought it would be interesting to take a photograph of some of my DJ equipment and use the interface elements to reconstruct them. I used alot of elements from Adobe Premiere and Photoshop, Soundcloud, and YouTube. The equalizer above the turntables was made from a segment of the menu bar from YouTube and just colorized and copied and pasted. The turntables were primarily made from
the video player from Premiere, circles from Quicktime Player, and circles from the Mac "computing"
pinwheel. The mixer was also made from Quicktime Player and Adobe Premiere.
